Commission workWe are happy to discuss with our customers the possibility of commissioned work. We have in the past undertaken many interesting commissions depicting animal silhouettes for example. Higas for Spain, Hitikis for New Zealand and many other amulets, in fact we will have a go at anything our customers can imagine. This is of course subject to the suitability of the raw material to the job and its availability in the required size but an e-mail with as much detail as possible or an attachment containing a basic drawing would start the ball rolling and we are always happy to advise. She is reputed to have turned a plague of serpents into stone while clearing the ground for her abbey. She had removed their heads with a switch before tossing them over the cliff to be turned into stone. Here we have introduced a carved serpents head from Whitby Jet with a silver tongue.
